Mattias Kaneteg founded he’s first company when he was 15 years old selling security for cars, then when he turned 20 sold it and the company had then grown to around 50 people.After living in USA for a year Mattias returned home to Sweden and started study for a year. In 1998 Mattias founded he’s first Internet Company that was an analytic company and he sold it one year later.
After working for channel 5 (Kanal 5), one of the biggest TV channels in Sweden, for a short while he then started Eastpoint. The business idea was simple, create cheap homepages for SMBs and then sell them webhosting at the same time.
In 2001 Eastpoint had around 5000 customers and we had grown to 12 people and Mattias decided to focus more on the hosting part. So, with cash generated from the company he started to buy web hosting companies and in 2005 Eastpoint had acquired 11 web hosting companies and Crystone was now founded in the group. It had become one of the biggest domain and shared hosting companies in Scandinavia.
In 2006 Mattias listed Eastpoint and today the name of the group is the Binero Group (Online Group Publ) and they was market leaders in Scandinavia in Shared Webhosting. In the end of 2013 he left Online Group after 15 years and founded Miss Group.
